- 洋蔥 2-3個
- 番茄 2個
- 蔥 3棵
- 薑 數片
- 芫茜 1扎

1. 牛腩洗淨，斬件，下鹽、胡椒粉醃約20分鐘備用
2. 洋蔥去皮，洗淨，切塊備用
3. 番茄，洗淨，切塊備用
4. 薑去皮，切片拍扁備用
5. 蔥洗淨，切段備用
6. 芫茜洗淨，切碎備用
7. 燒熱油鑊，用中大火，下薑片及蔥段起鑊，下牛腩爆炒至六成熟
8. 下洋蔥及番茄同炒，下芫茜碎炒勻，下一碗水拌勻，轉小火蓋上鑊蓋，燜約30分鐘
9. 即可上碟
