- 牛肉 200克 / 7 oz
- 鹹酸菜 80克
- 西芹 2條
- 青椒 1隻
- 紅椒 1隻
- 薑 2片

- 糖 半 茶匙
- 鹽 半 茶匙
- 生抽 1 茶匙
- 豆粉 1 茶匙

1. 牛肉略清洗抺乾，切片，加入調味料醃二十分鐘
2. 鹹酸菜浸洗約15分鐘去除過多的咸味，只選用梗部份切段
3. 西芹去菜，切段
4. 青、紅椒清洗乾淨，切角/段
5. 燒熱油鑊，下薑片起鑊，再加入牛肉炒至八成熟，盛起加入咸酸菜，加糖炒一會，盛起備用
6. 加入咸酸菜，加入西芹、青、紅椒角炒勻，加入100cc 水略炒至汁滾起
7. 加小許糖、鹽調味，牛肉回鑊，埋芡及快速炒勻，盛起享用
