#  親手蒸蘿蔔榚

**材料：**

- 白蘿蔔 5 斤
- 冬菇 13 隻
- 臘腸 4 條
- 乾瑤柱 6 粒
- 蔥 2 條
- 片糖 1/4 塊
- 油 兩 湯 匙
- 粘米粉 一斤

| 將乾瑤柱浸軟( 1 小 時) | 將配料砌粒備用 |

**調 味 料 ：**

- 片糖 一 片
- 胡 椒 粉 少
- 鹽 一 茶 匙
- 酒1茶匙
- 薑 汁 一 茶 匙

**做法：**

1\. 將冬菇、乾瑤柱浸軟及配料砌粒備用
2\. 油 1 湯匙放入鑊中燒 熱 ， 放臘腸、冬菇及瑤柱絲炒勻 ， 加入生抽1茶匙，炒至熱，酒1茶匙，炒勻，上碟待用 。
3\. 將白蘿蔔絲煮焾，加入1/4片片糖攪勻；
4\. 將粘米粉加入水1 杯，攪勻成粉漿，將粉漿倒入蘿蔔成份攪勻，煮至滾，改用中火邊煮邊攪成糊狀。
5\. 最後加入炒香了的冬菇、臘腸、瑤柱絲與煮焾的白蘿蔔絲攪勻。
6\. 將成份倒入一個已掃油的 7 吋直徑的糕盆，大火蒸1 / 2小時 。

**測試蒸熟貼士**
蒸若30分鐘，可用筷子直插進蘿蔔榚內，在抽出時以不黏筷子即可知是已蒸熟。

| 先將臘腸在鑊炒熱，後加入其他配料 |

| 將白蘿蔔絲煮焾，加入1/4片片糖攪勻； |

| 先將油塗在容器底部；將白蘿蔔磨絲與配料攪勻後，倒入容器內 |

| 將水在鑊中煮沸，加入蒸架 |

| 放蘿蔔榚在蒸架上蓋蒸，蒸若30分鐘。 |
