### 材料

老 黃 瓜 1 條
排 骨 1 2 兩
扁 豆 1 兩
赤 小 豆 1 兩
蜜 棗 5 粒
果 皮 1 / 2 個 調味份量

### 調味份量

生 抽 1 茶 匙
糖 1 / 2 茶 匙
生 粉 1 茶 匙
胡 椒 粉 少 許
麻 油 少 許

### 做法

1. 排 骨 洗 淨 ， 出 水 。
2. 老 黃 瓜 洗 淨 ， 切 大 件 。
3. 陳 皮 浸 洗 ， 刮 去 瓤 ， 備 用 。
4. 燒 滾 清 水 十 二 杯 ， 放 入 所 有 材 料 ， 用 大 火 煲 15 分 鐘 ， 再 改 用 小 火 煲 二 小 時 三 十 分 鐘 ， 用 鹽 調 味 即 成 。
