> 1. 冬 瓜 去 皮 去 籽 ， 洗 淨 切 粒 。
> 2. 瘦 肉 粒 加 入 調 味 料 ( 1 ) 拌 勻 。
> 3. 冬 菇 泡 浸 至 軟 身 ， 切 粒 。
> 4. 將 冬 瓜 粒 及 菇 粒 煲 2 0 分 鐘 ， 再 加 入 豬 肉 粒 拌 勻 ， 再 煮 20 分 鐘 ， 加 入 調 味 料 ( 2 ) 即 可 。
