#  白菜菜乾紅蘿蔔南北杏蜜棗湯(素湯)

(清熱除煩、通便、清肺、潤燥生津 )

材料功效： 白菜清熱除煩、生津利水、通便；白菜乾清肺潤燥生津；紅蘿蔔益胃生津；南北杏清肺化痰；密棗滋潤。喉乾舌燥者可常飲用，適合一家大小飲用。

#### 材料: 2-3人份量

- 菜乾 4 兩
- 新鮮白菜 1/2 斤
- 紅蘿蔔 2根
- 南北杏 適量
- 蜜棗 4粒
- 陳皮 1-2小塊

#### 材料預備: (素湯-沒下肉/骨)

菜乾浸軟約20分鐘，清洗去泥後剪去蒂位；陳皮、南北杏和蜜棗浸10分鐘；紅蘿蔔去皮切件；大白菜加鹽浸十分鐘之後清洗備用。

#### 做法:

1. 湯鍋中水大滾，將所有材料放入，大火滾十分鐘，轉小火煲1至1.5小時，加鹽調味完成。
2. 調味方法：加鹽調味 (可因個人口味調較)
