#  青紅蘿蔔蜜棗陳皮湯, 素湯

#### 材料：

紅蘿蔔 X2，青蘿蔔 X1，陳皮一塊 和 蜜棗3粒，水2公升

**材料預備：**

- 青紅蘿蔔去皮，滾刀切塊，洗淨備用;
- 蜜棗浸洗
- 陳皮浸軟刮去白瓤免生濕。

#### 烹飪方法：

- 將所有材料一同下煲中，大火煲滾煮10分鐘，之後轉中小火煲45分鐘，調味即成。

**材料功效**：****

紅蘿蔔:入肺、健脾化滯和潤燥明目作用
青蘿蔔:化痰止咳
陳皮功效:健脾理氣還有化痰止咳、開胃生津作用。
蜜棗有補血、養顏，健胃、益肺、調胃，減肥之功能，對老人、兒童、產婦滋補有益。
