奶白菜湯清甜滋潤，清熱潤肺，最適合夏秋飲用。

#### 材料:

- 奶白菜 一斤/600g
- 紅蘿蔔 400g
- 豬軟骨 600g
- 蜜棗 3粒
- 南北杏 一把/20g
- 水 3L

可考慮的材料:

- 馬蹄（荸薺）幾粒
- 陳皮 1片 (如有, 可加入)

#### 調味:

鹽 適量 (湯已夠甜及足味, 提議不加)

#### 材料預備:

- 豬骨燙水約去除血水及浮沫，洗淨瀝乾備用;
- 白菜洗淨瀝乾備用;
- 紅蘿蔔去皮切滾刀塊;
- 陳皮用水浸軟去皮囊。

#### 煮法:

燒滾3L水，將所有材料放入煲內，大火煲15分鐘後，轉中慢火繼續煲45分鐘，按個人喜好下鹽調味
