清心潤肺，口乾咽燥，滋潤肌膚，健脾胃及袪濕

#### 材 料：

- 豬瘦肉/豬脻 150克
- 青、紅蘿蔔 各1條
- 清補涼湯料（可買現成已配好的包裝，內有淮山、黨參、陳皮、薏米、北沙參、玉竹、南杏、北杏、蜜棗、桂圓、蓮子、芡實、百合、杞子）
- 姜 3-4片
- 鹽 5克 (隨個人)

#### 材料預備

- 將湯料清洗後用涼水浸泡10分鐘。枸子單獨拿出來用涼水泡軟。
- 將瘦肉放在清水里反覆洗淨，至水清即可。燒開水後把肉放入，煮幾分鐘煮出少量的血沫子，用清水沖乾淨備用。
- 青、紅紅蘿蔔洗淨切塊

#### 做 法：

- 燒開水後，將青、紅紅蘿蔔放進鍋中，放入幾片姜。
- 放入其他煲湯料，水再煮開後，中小火煲一個半小時​​。
- 放入杞子焗5分鐘即可
- 調入適量的鹽即可享用。

- 陳皮，薏米：理氣袪濕
- 北沙參，玉竹：滋陰潤燥
- 南杏，北杏：潤肺止咳
- 蜜棗，桂圓：養血安神
- 寧心安神：蓮子，芡實，百合
- 補益肝腎：杞子(於湯煲好前前放入，焗5分鐘即可，因杞子久煲會變燥。)
