#### 清熱生津潤肺 適合口乾時飲用

- 可於夏秋季口乾及汗多時飲用，一星期可喝兩、三次。
- 虛寒體質、易腹瀉者不宜多飲

#### 材 料：

（2人分量）

- 菜乾 （1 札 / 1両）
- 大白菜 半斤
- 豬腱 半條/一條
- 南北杏 各一小把/ 3錢
- 蜜棗 2-3粒
- 無花果 4粒
- 陳皮 1片
- 鹽 適量
- 羅漢果 半個 ( 隨個人喜好/選擇)
- 水 1 - 1.5 公升

#### 調 味 料：

鹽 3/4 湯匙鹽

#### 做 法：

1\. 浸陳皮約1小時後刮瓤，清洗淨。

2\. 菜乾後浸約1小時洗淨；用小許鹽浸洗大白菜備用。

3\. 南北杏、蜜棗、無花果沖水洗淨；羅漢果切半後洗淨備用。

4\. 豬腱汆水後，用凍水沖洗/過冷河。

5\. 大火煲滾水後，放入所有食材 (1-4)，再水滾後轉中小火，煲約2小時即可享用。喜歡可加鹽調味。

#### 材 料功效：

- 菜乾：清內熱，益胃腸
- 白菜：清熱、除煩、利尿。
- 南北杏--潤肺化痰
- 無花果--潤肺化痰通便
- 羅漢果--潤肺生津。
