立冬後最好考慮用白蘿蔔來做湯 (冬吃蘿蔔夏吃薑)，此湯滋陰、又能消食化痰，是冬天非常好的保健湯水。

#### 材 料：

- 魚(任何魚) 一條 約5~600 克
- 白蘿蔔 1條
- 枸杞/杞子 1湯匙 / 約15~20粒
- 水 1.5 ~2公升
- 芫茜 2 棵 (隨個人喜歡選用)

#### 副料:

- 3根青蔥 (切段)
- 薑 20 克 (切片和大段拍開)
- 蒜 3~4 粒
- 料酒 2 湯匙

#### 調 味 料：

- 鹽 3/4 湯匙鹽
- 少許胡椒粉

#### 做 法：

1\) 將魚徹底洗淨去除肚內黑色的膜，用廚紙/布抹乾身備用 (如果魚太長, 可在中一分為2

 2) (副料準備) 白蘿蔔洗淨去皮，開半切片，每片2cm/公分厚；大蔥洗淨切段；薑去皮切片；芫茜切碎

 3) 燒熱鑊/鍋，加少許油，加入蔥白段及薑片 (薑片抹勻鑊底可防魚皮破爛)，加入魚煎至兩面金黃色

 4) 加入燒浪的水蓋過魚，用大火再煮滾，然後轉中小火，加入料酒及胡椒粉煮10分鐘

 5) 加入白蘿蔔再煮10分鐘，關火加蓋浸泡至軟腍 /10分鐘

 6) 加鹽調味，灑上芫茜/綠色蔥段即成。

**白蘿蔔：**

性甘平辛，歸肺脾經，具有下氣、消食、解毒生津、除疾潤肺，利尿通便的功效。如肺熱、食滯、消化不良、痰多、大小便不通暢等吃它最適合。陽氣不足人士不合喝此湯。

**枸杞：**補腎滋陰。
