友人傳來這簡單通血食療，每天飲用為期一周， 效果應該不錯!!! 不妨試試!!

2人份量

#### 材 料：

- 黑木耳 15克
- 薑 3~4片
- 6~8 粒紅棗
- 水 1.5 公升 / 1500ml

#### 做 法：

1\) 將材料放入煮鍋裡

2\) 用小火煲成500ml水，每天吃一次。(可加少許鹽提味)

**黑木耳：**

含有人體必須的8種胺基酸和維生素，也含有豐富的膠質，對消化系統有良好的清潤作用，具有洗腸、潤肺、減少血液凝塊、緩和冠狀動脈粥狀硬化、降低血栓的作用，其多糖具有抗腫瘤活性，對腫瘤有一定預防效果。

血管清道夫的養生功效
1.防止血管硬化--含酸性多醣體，可降血脂與膽固醇，還有抗血小板凝集於血管壁之功能，能阻止動脈內膜增厚、管壁硬化或鈣化。
2.補充鈣與鐵--35歲以上，很可能骨質容易流失，造成骨質疏鬆症。
3.化解結石
4.清胃滌腸

**紅棗：**極佳的營養滋補品

含量非常高維生素，具有滋陰補陽，補血之功效。《本草綱目》記載：「棗具有益氣養腎、補血養顏、補肝降壓、安神壯陽、治虛勞損之功效。」
