健脾養胃、滋陰清熱、明目降火。

份量：3-4人 時間：2小時

#### 材 料：

- 紅蘿蔔2根
- 瘦肉/豬骨 半斤
- 石斛 1兩
- 蜜棗 2粒
- 水 3公升
- 鹽適量

#### 做 法：

1\) 石斛沖洗淨前一晚先泡水，水留用。蜜棗泡洗。

2\) 紅蘿蔔削皮，洗淨滾刀切大塊。

3\) 瘦肉/豬骨汆燙。

4\) 燒滾水，加入所有材料，先大火煲15分鐘，再轉小火煲1個半小時即可
可適量加鹽調味。

**石斛：**性平味甘，具有養胃陰、滋腎陰、生津液、潤肺補脾除虛熱的作用。石斛用來煲湯的藥效很高，吃了之後對身體非常的滋補。
