#  勝瓜肉丸豆腐湯

#### 材料：

- 絲瓜 (台灣) 一條/500克
- 豆腐 兩磚
- 肉丸 4顆/粒
- 水或上湯 1公升 (兩人份量)

#### 調味料：

薑、鹽

#### 烹調方法：

1、絲瓜削皮切半再切片段、用清水沖洗豆腐表面後切、薑片2塊，用清水沖洗肉丸。

2、燒熱1公升水至滾沸，放入肉丸滾3分鐘，放薑片及絲瓜煮約5分鐘，加入豆腐同煮至沸即成，熄火待用。

3、隨口味可在熄火後加入蛋拌勻變蛋花效果

4\. 放鹽和蔥花即可。

- 絲瓜容易被氧化而易發黑，烹煮時要快切快炒，最好是即吃即做。切好後要用鹽水浸泡一下防止被氧化。
- 不能蓋鍋蓋哈，蓋鍋蓋絲瓜會變黃。
