#  西瓜皮排骨湯

用西瓜皮煲湯，口感和味道與冬瓜差不多。

**功效：**具有清暑除煩、解渴利尿、去水腫，還可有美容養顏等功效。

**材料：**

西瓜4至5片、排骨300公克、胡蘿蔔2條、姜3~4片，鹽適量

**做法：**
1). 西瓜皮洗淨，將硬皮外層去除，切成小塊 ( 已取用皮與肉交接的白色部位); 亦可保留硬皮， 一定要把皮洗净，效果如煲冬瓜湯一般

2). 排骨洗淨，用沸水汆過洗淨

3). 湯鍋中放入約1500 cc清水，放入排骨、胡蘿蔔大火燒沸後轉小火煲30分鐘左右

4). 放入西瓜皮塊及薑片，繼續煲30分鐘，放鹽調味即可享用。
