#  糯米粟栗子紅蘿蔔湯

- 糯米粟 2條
- 栗子 80克
- 紅蘿蔔 1條
- 瘦肉 400克

- 鹽 小量(隨口味需要)

1. 瘦肉洗淨，飛水備用
2. 糯米粟洗淨，切段，備用
3. 栗子去殼備用 (栗子去殼，將栗子放鹽水中，煮約5分鐘，趁熱去掉栗子的殼和皮)
4. 紅蘿蔔去皮，切件，備用
5. 煲滾約 2 公升水，加入所有材料，滾約20分鐘
6. 轉細火，多煲一個半小時，加小量鹽調味即可飲用

- 栗子含有鈣、磷、鐵、鉀等無機鹽及胡蘿蔔素、B雜維生素等多種成分。生栗子維生素的含量可高達40～60毫克，熟栗子維生素的含量約25毫克；
- 栗子中所含的豐富的不飽和脂肪酸和維生素、礦物質，能防治高血壓病、冠心病、動脈硬化、骨質疏鬆等疾病，是抗衰老、延年益壽的滋補佳品；
- 栗子是碳水化合物含量較高的乾果品種，能供給人體較多的熱能，幫助脂肪代謝，具有益氣健脾，補胃腸作用。
