- 通菜 一斤
- 馬蹄 十數粒
- 密棗 數粒
- 生薑 1大塊

- 食鹽適量

1. 蜜棗洗淨，備用
2. 通菜浸洗乾淨，備用
3. 生薑去皮，切大片，用菜刀拍扁出味
4. 馬蹄洗淨切去頭尾根部，可保留週邊的部分皮
5. 煲滾約 2 公升水，加入薑片、蜜棗及馬蹄，滾約30分鐘
6. 最後加入通菜多滾約10分鐘，加小量鹽調味即可飲用
