- 番茄 / 西紅柿 4個
- 洋蔥 2個
- 紅蘿蔔 1條
- 水 (2.5 公升)

- 鹽適量

1. 木瓜去皮去籽切段
2. 洋蔥去皮以不規則3角形狀切塊
3. 番茄洗淨，切件備用
4. 紅蘿蔔去皮，洗淨，切件備用
5. 水煮沸後將紅蘿蔔先放、大滾約15分鐘後放入洋蔥及蕃茄

    中火滾20分鐘後放入木瓜，轉慢火煲30分鐘
6. 加入小量鹽調味後，即可飲用
