- 節瓜 2個
- 江瑶柱 4粒
- 淡菜 20克
- 粉絲 1小札
- 薑 3片

- 鹽 適量

1. 江瑶柱洗乾，用清水浸軟約1小時備用
2. 節瓜去皮，清洗乾淨，切件備用
3. 粉絲浸軟備用
4. 淡菜清洗乾淨浸軟備用
5. 煲滾約 2 公升水，加入薑、江瑶柱、淡菜等材料
6. 大滾15分鐘後，加入節瓜件，轉慢火
7. 再加入粉絲煲10分鐘，加鹽調味即可

- 浸江瑶柱的水(因江瑶柱的鮮味)可用來做湯
- 粉絲在浸發後，已軟身，但粉絲吸水較強，故不且太早放入，否則湯便很快吸乾
