- 菜乾 4 兩
- 新鮮白菜 1 斤
- 密棗 4-6 粒
- 豬展 8 兩 (或1-2條)
- 陳皮 1-2小塊

1. 菜乾、陳皮浸軟、洗乾淨
2. 白菜洗乾淨
3. 密棗洗淨 , 去核
4. 豬展洗乾淨，飛水(以滾水加薑數片，放入豬展略滾至起泡沫，起出備用。
5. 先將陳皮放入適量的清水一同煲滾，然後把各材料一齊放進已煲好的滾水中煲 10 分鐘後，轉慢火煲約 3 小時，即可飲用
6. 調味方法：加鹽調味 (可因個人口味調較)
