### 做法

1. 莧 菜 切 去 菜 頭 ， 洗 淨 。
2. 蝦 乾 洗 淨 。 紅 椒 切 絲 。
3. 鑊 加 2 湯 匙 油 燒 紅 ， 爆 香 薑 及 蝦 乾 ， 加 入 2 杯 水 煮 滾 ， 約 煮 10 分 鐘 ， 加 入 莧 菜 煮 片 刻 ， 加 紅 椒 絲 及 加 鹽 調 味 ， 即 可 。
