> 1. 淮 山 及 芡 實 用 清 水 浸 一 小 時
> 2. 瘦 肉 出 水 ， 洗 淨 。
> 3. 陳 皮 泡 浸 至 軟 身 ， 刮 去 瓤 洗 淨 。
> 4. 乾 螺 頭 浸 軟 ， 出 水 ， 清 洗 乾 淨
> 5. 鍋 內 注 入 12 杯 清 水 煲 滾 ， 放 入 所 有 材 料 ， 猛 火 煲 20 分 鐘 ， 轉 慢 火 煲 2 個 半 小 時 ， 加 鹽 調 味 ， 即 可 飲 用 。
