- 粉葛 小2條/ 大一條
- 鯪魚2條
- 赤小豆80克
- 豬肉240克
- 果皮少許
- 蜜棗3粒

1. 粉葛去皮切件
2. 赤小豆，蜜棗洗淨，果皮去囊
3. 豬肉拖水備用
4. 鯪魚去鱗及內藏洗淨，兩面煎至金黃色備用
5. 把清水注入鍋，煮滾後把所有準備好的材料放入
6. 用大火煮沸後，調至慢火再煲2-2個半 小時，加鹽調味即成 (若不怕淡,不下鹽更好)

粉葛 ： 含蛋白質、纖維素等，可止渴除煩，有治頭痛，發熱及高血壓的功效。

瘦肉 ：補中益氣，滋陰健體，可增加體液，對人體的各個組織有護養功效。

赤小豆 ：含碳水化合物、蛋白質、鈣、鐵、磷、維他命ABC，可健脾止瀉、利小便、去水腫，除煩熱，止渴，解酒濕等功效。

 蜜棗 ： 俱益氣生津，補脾胃功能，並有止咳潤肺，化痰，平喘功效 。
