**材 料 ：**
牛 骨 一 斤
合 桃 肉 三 兩
茨 實 二 兩
陳 皮 一 小 塊
清 水 六 湯 碗

１) 牛 骨 洗 淨 後 切 去 肥 膏 並 汆 水 ； 合 桃 去 殼 取 肉 ， 並 清 洗 乾 淨 ；

２) 陳 皮 及 茨 實 分 別 洗 淨 ； 將 六 湯 碗 水 煮 滾 後 放 入 全 部 材 料 ， 以 中 火 煲 約 三 小 時 ， 加 鹽 調 味 。

**牛 骨 肉**
