 做法

1. 雞 蛋 去 蛋 白 留 黃 。
2. 蓮 鬚 浸 洗 乾 淨 。
3. 將 已 洗 淨 的 蓮 鬚 、 蓮 子 、 百 合 、 紅 棗 放 入 煲 內 煲 滾 ， 改 用 文 火 煲 一 小 時 ， 最 後 落 蛋 黃 ， 用 冰 糖 調 味 即 可 。
