#### 【清潤美味保健湯水】Green Papaya Soup

- 木瓜含有蛋白酶，可幫助分解脂肪和蛋白質，有幫助消化的效用。
- 預備時間: 10 分鐘 /烹調時間: 一小時 至90分鐘

#### 材 料：

（2~3人分量）

- 木瓜 1個 約 500+克
- 豬腱 小的一條, 大的可用半條
- 南杏 1湯匙
- 北杏 1茶匙
- 水 1.5~ 2 公升

#### 調 味 料：

鹽 1/2 或 3/4 湯匙鹽

#### 做 法：

1. 豬腱放入滾水中略煮汆水/去血水用，凍水沖洗/過冷河，撈起瀝乾水份備用；
2. 將南杏+北杏浸水1小時；
3. 把所有材料( 1+2) 加入滾水中，煲 1小時；
4. 木瓜刨皮、去核、切大件/粗塊待用；
5. 加入木瓜，雪耳，繼續煲湯半小時，即可享受甜美的木瓜湯了！
6. 喜歡可加鹽調味。

#### 材 料功效：

木瓜 -- 含有蛋白酶，可幫助分解脂肪和蛋白質，有幫助消化的效用
南杏(甜) -- 鬆化--微甜，肥厚飽滿；功能--潤肺止咳。
北杏(苦) -- 堅實--微苦，形削略幹；功能--平喘止咳。
