- 牛蒡 2絛 (建議買新鮮)
- 紅蘿蔔 2絛
- 粟米 2條
- 排骨 600克

2. 斜刀將牛蒡切成片狀，盡量使切口的表面增多可大量釋放牛蒡所含有的藥效成份。
3. 粟米洗淨，切段，備用
4. 紅蘿蔔去皮，洗淨切成小塊，備用
5. 排骨斬件，飛水，用冷水沖洗乾淨，備用
6. 煲滾約兩公升水，加入牛蒡、粟米及排骨
7. 用大火煲滾後，轉小火煲約一小時
8. 加入紅蘿蔔，續煲約半小時
9. 最後加鹽或胡椒粉調味即可飲用

- 購買牛蒡時，最好選擇附著泥土的那一種，因為比較新鮮。
- 牛蒡湯上面浮起來的泡沫不要取掉，因為它含有藥效成份
- 牛蒡功效:
- 含胡蘿蔔素、氨基酸、鈣、蛋白質、含量居蔬菜之首。
- 提高人體免疫力，防感冒。
- 有效對抗大腸癌、糖尿病、高血壓。
- 改善痛風、寒性體質。
- 降低體脂肪率。
