- 茅根一紮約150克
- 馬蹄數粒
- 竹蔗約3-6條（每條長約六寸）
- 紅蘿蔔2-3條
- 冰糖少許（以上三種用料都有甜味，不下糖也可以）。

1. 竹蔗洗淨，每條橫切開4或6條。
2. 茅根洗淨（繞成一紮，隔渣時較方便）。
3. 紅蘿蔔去皮洗淨，切塊或片。
4. 水2-3公升或適量，放入煲內煲滾，放入茅根、竹蔗、紅蘿蔔煲滾，慢火煲2小時，下冰糖煲溶，隔渣即可飲享用。
