產後大量失血，引致體弱神疲，四肢乏力。要針對問題，就必須調理好身體。產婦常飲補腎散寒人參湯，當可大補元氣，身體早日復元。

#### 材 料 ：

熟附子 4 錢
羊脾肉 6 兩
水 1 0 碗
人 參 3 錢
山萸肉 3 錢

#### 調 味 料 ：

鹽 1 茶 匙
薑 1 片

#### 做 法：

先將藥材煎湯，之後再加入其他材料繼續煲好湯水，食療功效更理想。

1\) 山萸肉用水浸洗。羊脾肉去毛，切塊（汆水）。

2\) 將熟附子、人參、山萸肉、放入紗袋內煲11/2小時，之後再將羊肉、薑放入煲內煲11/2小時，落鹽即可飲用。

羊肉能補氣益血，溫中暖腎，增加食慾。中國所出產的紅參、身順直，呈圓柱形，參首（蘆頭）比較短，半透明而有凹陷，質硬而脆，日本紅參參體長，參身直，腿較多，外貌像中國參。

#### 禁 忌:

藜蘆及蘿蔔會化解人參的補益功能，不可同時進食。
