產婦分娩時精神緊張，又缺乏滋補湯水調養，身體虛弱，便會引致腹脹腹痛，消化欠佳。要調理好身體可用髮菜，莞荽，雞蛋煲魚片湯食用，常飲當能健脾開胃，益氣平肝，健強身體。

#### 材 料 ：

- 芫 荽 1 兩
- 蛋 3 隻
- 水 1 0 碗
- 鯇 魚 肉 1 條
- 髮 菜（浸 洗）半兩

#### 調 味 料：

- 薑 1 片
- 油 2 茶 匙
- 鹽 1 茶 匙( 撥平匙面 ）
- 粟粉1茶匙（撥平匙面 ）
- 白糖1茶匙（撥平匙面 ）

#### 做 法：

1. 芫荽浸洗乾淨，蛋去殼，撥勻成漿。
2. 魚肉切片，用生油，白糖，鹽，粟粉醃10分鐘，
3. 將髮菜，薑片放入水煮滾，煮5分鐘再落魚片略煮，之後落蛋漿，芫荽、鹽即成。

**髮菜**

髮菜有平肝，清腸胃，降血壓功用。假的髮菜是用粟米鬚加以染色，外形與髮菜極相似。髮菜用水浸後脹大，有彈性。粟米鬚則無彈性而浸水亦不發脹。

**雞蛋**

雞蛋營養豐富，能止驚，益氣，安五臟功能。
