### 調 味 份 量

 酒 1 湯 匙
 鹽 1 茶 匙

### 做法

1. 花 生 洗 淨 ， 先 泡 水 2 小 時 。 豬 尾 從 關 節 處 切 小 段 ， 用 滾 水 出 水 去 除 血 水 ， 洗 淨 撈 出 。
2. 陳 皮 泡 浸 軟 ， 刮 去 瓤 洗 淨 。
3. 鍋 注 入 適 量 的 清 水 及 放 入 所 有 材 料 ， 煲 滾 後 轉 慢 火 ， 煮 至 所 有 材 料 變 軟 及 湯 汁 轉 濃 ， 加 入 調 味 拌 勻 ， 即 可 飲 用 。
