#  胡椒煲豬肚湯

### 做法

1. 豬 肚 內 用 粗 鹽 擦 洗 ， 放 入 滾 水 內 拖 水 ， 取 出 洗 乾 淨 。
2. 酸 菜 洗 淨 切 絲 ， 放 水 中 略 泡 浸 一 下 就 取 出 擰 乾 水 分 。
3. 排 骨 洗 淨 切 大 塊 。 將 白 胡 椒 放 入 豬 肚 內 。
4. 鍋 入 注 入 1 0 杯 水 煲 滾 ， 放 入 豬 肚 排 骨 及 酸 菜 同 煲 ， 滾 起 後 再 用 小 火 煲 2 小 時 即 可 ， 豬 肚 切 可 切 塊 ， 用 鹽 調 味 即 可 熱 吃 。
