- 乾海底椰1兩
- 瘦肉8兩
- 蜜棗5粒
- 紅蘿蔔2條
- 青蘿蔔1條
- 南北杏1湯匙

1. 洗淨海底椰乾及蜜棗。
2. 瘦肉洗淨，出水。
3. 青、紅蘿蔔刮皮，洗淨，切大塊備用。
4. 鍋內注入12杯清水煲滾，加入所有材料，大火煲15分鐘後轉慢火，煲約2個半小時，加鹽調味，即可飲用。
