- 排骨 一斤
- 海帶 三兩
- 綠豆 二兩
- 陳皮1 塊
- 老薑 兩片

- 鹽適量

1. 海帶洗淨，用清水浸泡過夜，其間須換水，切成細片備用
2. 綠豆洗淨，用清水浸泡三小時，盛起備用
3. 陳皮浸軟，用刀刮皮茸盛起備用
4. 老薑切片，拍扁，盛起備用
5. 排骨洗淨，斬件飛水後撈起備用
6. 煲滾約兩公升水，加入薑、排骨、綠豆及海帶放入煲中
7. 用大火煲滾後，轉小火煲約一個半至兩小時
8. 最後加鹽調味即可飲用
