- 排骨 (多骨小肉) 1斤
- 黃豆芽 半斤
- 蕃茄 2個
- 薑 3片

- 鹽適量

1. 排骨洗乾淨，剁成小塊飛水備用
2. 黃豆芽清水浸泡瀝去多剩水份備用
3. 蕃茄洗乾淨，在底部切十字，放入滾水滾約8-10分鐘去皮，切茸塊備用
4. 薑去皮切片備用
5. 煲滾約 2 公升水，將排骨、薑片入湯鍋中煲滾
6. 改中火煲約半小時，加入黃豆芽、蕃茄
7. 續約煲半小時，最後加鹽調味即可
