#  飯後容易腹脹 當心胃食道逆流惹禍

一名58歲婦女，因工作壓力大導致三餐不定時，常有胃痛等困擾，近來更因食量減少，且飯後容易腹脹，因此就醫檢查，醫師確診為胃食道逆流；藍一晶, 彰濱秀傳紀念醫院中醫部醫師指出，像是典型的有火燒心、酸液倒流，或非典型的胸悶、上腹痛、容易餓、食後腹脹等，都屬於胃食道逆流症狀。

**長期胃食道逆流 容易引起併發症**

若長期有胃食道逆流現象，不但可能會引發慢性咳嗽、夜眠咳嗽、氣喘等問題，還可能併發食道狹窄及食道的癌前病變等；藍一晶指出，致病原因不外乎就是因飲食習慣不佳、脾胃虛弱，或常常吃生冷食物導致寒邪犯胃，以及鬱怒傷肝等七情內傷因素，都可能埋下引發胃食道逆流的危險因子。

**改善胃食道逆流 從改變飲食習慣做起**

藍一晶說，除了可透過中醫治療，改善胃食道逆流症狀，最關鍵仍是必須從飲食習慣改變做起，首先三餐必須定時定量，且養成細嚼慢嚥習慣，維持七分飽，減少食用梅子、醋等易增加胃酸食物，以及難消化的食物，尤其像是咖啡、濃茶、酒等刺激性食物都應避免。

**學習放輕鬆 有助減緩胃食道逆流**

另外像是豆類、牛奶、麵包等易脹氣食物都應遠之，養成良好的飲食習慣配合適量運動，學習放鬆心情，就有助於減緩胃食道逆流症狀；藍一晶醫師提醒，長期有胃食道逆流困擾的民眾，若透過飲食和運動等習慣改變後，症狀仍未好轉，建議應進一步接受檢查，確診是否有其他疾病所引起。
