- 紫菜 1餅
- 肉丸 5粒
- 貢丸 5 粒
- 蔥 1 棵

- 鹽 1/4茶匙
- 胡椒粉 1茶匙
- 生抽 半茶匙
- 魚露 半茶匙
- 麻油 半茶匙

1. 紫菜用水浸發沖洗淨後隔水備用
2. 肉丸及貢丸用清水浸洗，盛起備用
3. 蔥清洗乾淨，切粒備用
4. 煲滾約 1 公升水，將肉丸及貢丸加入到水中略滾3-5分鐘
5. 加入紫菜與豬肉丸同煮，煮約 5分鐘收火用蓋焗10分鐘即可
6. 吃時隨口味，可加小許鹽、胡椒粉、或魚露及麻油作調味
