- 排骨+瘦肉 500 克/ 3 兩
- 粟米 2-3 棵
- 紅蘿蔔 1-2 棵
- 馬蹄 十數粒

- 鹽適量

1. 馬蹄洗淨切去頭尾根部，可保留週邊的部分皮
2. 粟米洗淨切段
3. 紅蘿蔔洗淨去皮，切件
4. 排骨洗淨，飛水備用
5. 煲滾約 2 公升水，加入所有材料
6. 煲約 一個半 至兩小時 即可飲用
7. 飲用時,加小許鹽調味即可 (不加鹽亦很美味)

粟米的功效：
1、健日消食，滋養腎氣
2、調節睡眠
3、滋陰養血
4、抗菌消炎
5、治消渴，利小便

馬蹄的功效：

- 有溫中益氣，清熱開胃，消食化痰之功效。
- 含有豐富的澱粉、蛋白質、粗脂肪、鈣、磷、鐵、維生素A、B1、B2、C等。還含有抗癌、降低血壓的有效成分。

紅蘿蔔功用：紅蘿蔔補中行氣，益胃健脾，消食導滯。比較適用於治療脾胃虛弱、納呆等症。
