- 鯇魚腩 200克 (一半魚腩)
- 豆腐 1磚 (喜歡吃豆腐 可用2磚)
- 芫茜 2棵
- 薑 2片

2. 芫茜用清水泡浸及清洗乾淨，切段備用
3. 豆腐切件 (大小隨意)備用
4. 煲滾約 1 公升水，加入鯇魚骨、薑片、煮滾約10分鐘
5. 再加入芫茜段和豆腐再滾 5分鐘，熄火前加入鯇魚腩滾2分鐘即可
6. 飲用時加鹽調味

- 用魚骨先滾湯更入味, 但進食時小心魚骨
- 芫茜，又名香菜，具有特殊的香味，清脆鮮嫩、營養豐富，是菜餚中不可缺少的佐料，在冬令菜餚中配以它可散寒驅風，在夏日湯品中配以它可清熱下氣。中醫認為芫茜有利水、消食下氣、發汗透疹的功效，適用於感冒，飲食積滯，消化不良等症。
