#  霸王花煲瘦肉湯 - (2)

## 清熱潤肺

#### 材料：

霸王花 1兩

無花果 4粒

蜜棗 6粒

瘦肉 1/2斤

南北杏 少許

#### 做法：

1\. 霸王花浸軟洗淨，擰乾水份切段。略沖洗無花果、蜜棗及南北杏。

2\. 瘦肉出水，洗淨。

3\. 鍋注入適量清水煲滾，放入所有材料煲滾，轉慢火煲3個小時，用鹽調味，即可飲。
