#  節瓜鹹蛋肉片湯

#### 材料：

- 節瓜 1個
- 瘦肉 4兩
- 鹹蛋 1隻

#### 調味料：

- 生抽 1茶匙
- 糖 少許
- 生粉 少許
- 麻油 少許

#### 做法：

1. 節瓜刮去皮，切成小件。瘦肉切薄片，用調味料醃20分鐘。
2. 把鹹蛋黃和鹹蛋白分隔。
3. 水滾後放入肉片、節瓜及鹹蛋黃。待全部材料熟透後，加入鹹蛋白拌勻即成。
