#  生果清潤甜湯

#### 清潤防乾燥

材料：

- 蘋果 3個
- 雪梨 2 個
- 雪耳 小 許
- 陳皮 2 片
- 南北杏 1 湯匙
- 黃片糖 適 量

#### 做法：

1\. 生果去皮去芯，切開四角或切成粒。
2\. 陳皮浸軟，刮去瓤，備用。雪耳浸軟，洗 淨。
3\. 鍋放入適量清水，放入陳皮，水滾後放入生 果、南北杏及雪耳，煲二小時，加入黃片糖調味，即可飲用或待涼放入瓶中，雪冷飲用。

#### 貼士：

1． 秋風起，天氣乾燥，最重滋潤，最宜飲用 此甜湯，可令皮膚滋潤及喉嚨順暢，減少咳嗽機會。
2． 加入少許黃片糖可生清潤解毒之效。若不喜歡甜可加入瘦肉煲咸的 湯。
