- 蝦仁 5兩
- 魚肉 5兩
- 豆腐 2件
- 水/高湯 6碗

- 油2湯匙
- 鹽1.5茶匙（撥平匙面）
- 胡椒粉1/4茶匙
- 糖1/2茶匙（撥平匙面）

1. 豆腐切件，用1.5湯匙油煎香豆腐，撈起備用。
2. 魚肉切片，和蝦肉用油（1/2湯匙)、鹽（1/2茶匙）、胡椒粉（1/4茶匙）、糖（半茶匙），拌勻醃10分鐘。
3. 將所有材料放入烋中煮滾，將已洗淨的菜心放入煮熟落鹽1茶匙調味即成。
