| 木 瓜 | 十 二 兩 | papaya | 1 1b |
| 花 生 | 二 兩 | peanuts | 3 oz |
| 陳 皮 | 1/4 個 | dried tangerine peel | 1/4 |
| 食 鹽 | 適 量 | salt | a pinch |

 做法 Method

 1． 花 生 清 洗 乾 淨 。 木 瓜 去 皮 、 去 核 、 切 塊 。

 Wash peanuts. Peel and pit papaya. Cut into thick pieces.

 2． 魚 尾 去 鱗 洗 乾 淨 後 ， 灑 少 許 鹽 ， 煎 香 兩 面 。

 Scale fish tail and wipe dry. Sprinkle with fine table salt. Then fry with some oil until golden brown. Take out.

 3． 陳 皮 浸 軟 刮 瓤 。

 Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

 4． 煲 滾 適 量 水 ， 木 瓜 、 花 生 、 魚 尾 和 陳 皮 ， 滾 後 改 火 煲 二 小 時 ， 下 鹽 調 味 即 成 。

 Bring a suitable amount of water to the boil. Put in papaya, peanuts, fish tail and dried tangerine peel. Boil again. Then turn to low heat. Boil for 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
