| 1. 魚 皮 撕 去 ， 清 理 內 臟 洗 淨 ， 抹 乾 ， 用 少 許 鹽 及 胡 椒 粉 醃 2 0 分 鐘 。 2. 滑 豆 腐 略 洗 切 大 塊 ， 備 用 。 3. 薑 片 切 絲 ， 蔥 切 段 。 4. 燒 熱 二 湯 匙 油 ， 放 入 魚 略 煎 至 兩 面 黃 色 ， 加 入 適 量 水 、 薑 及 豆 腐 ， 大 火 滾至 湯 變 奶 白 色 ， 放 入 蔥 段 及 薑 絲 ， 加 入 鹽 調 味 ， 即 可 趁 熱 食 。   --- |
