### 做法

1. 石 九 公 魚 去 臟 去 鱗 洗 淨 。 用 油 把 魚 兩 面 煎 至 金 黃 。
2. 白 菜 仔 洗 淨 摘 段 。
3. 鍋 注 入 適 量 水 ， 水 滾 放 入 石 九 公 及 薑 片 ， 煲 1 / 2 小 時 。
4. 將 石 九 公 魚 取 出 ， 加 白 菜 仔 入 湯 中 ， 煲 滾 ， 煮 多 1 0 分 鐘 ， 加 鹽 調 味 ， 即 可 飲 用 。
