- 大芥菜 1斤 / 一個
- 排骨 1斤
- 草菇 8粒
- 生薑 3片

1. 大芥菜浸泡洗淨，切開
2. 排骨洗淨，斬為塊狀，飛水備用
3. 草菇洗淨，切半備用
4. 生薑去皮，切大塊，拍扁備用
5. 準備瓦煲，加入約兩公升清水
6. 煲滾清水後，加入薑片、排骨煲滾後約15分鐘，放入大芥菜，合上瓦煲蓋，轉慢火煲約40分鐘
7. 加入小量鹽調味，即可飲用
