#  天真羊脾湯

### 養顏強身

羊肉是秋季的滋補佳品，涼爽的天氣吃羊肉既暖身又美味，尤其是羊腩煲，黑草羊腩肥而不膩，做法得宜更能散發甘香。

廣東人喜歡吃羊腩煲，而廣東口味的食客則偏愛羊頭蹄。北方菜中有全羊宴，雖然不怕上火也容易膩口，但如果用羊肉來食療，以瘦羊肉（即羊脾肉）最佳，古方中有一種天真丸，以羊肉為主料，治療各種失血過多，食欲不振，腸胃不適和津液不足，長期服用能補血、益氣、暖胃養顏，是非常好的食療，可惜按照古方製作，步驟繁複而效果緩慢，如果用同樣的配方把丸子改成湯的方式製作，不僅簡單而且效果更快，特別適合氣血不佳，工作又忙碌的香港女性作為滋補養顏之用。

"天真羊脾湯"，加上酒和糯米效果更佳，製作方法和材料如下：羊脾肉一斤，肉鬆蓉五錢、淮山一兩、當歸三錢、天冬（去心）三錢、北耆二錢、花旗參三錢、白朮二錢和糯米二兩。

做法是先將羊脾肉洗淨煎香（即用乾鍋煎至香氣四溢），然後放入洗淨的藥材和糯米，加入六碗水，燉煮四小時，加入少許鹽和酒飲用。這湯能活血行氣、養顏健脾胃，不寒不燥，適合怕冷體弱的人，如果擔心體質太虛而吸收不良，可以在飲用這湯之前一週，每天用二錢北耆、蜜棗四粒煎水服用。天真羊脾湯是古方中一種療效很好的食療。一次煲好一個人可以分三次飲用。
