- 蝦仁 100克 (6-8隻)
- 節瓜 1個
- 豆腐 1件

1. 節瓜去皮，洗淨，切成小件備用
2. 豆腐洗淨，切成小件備用
3. 蝦仁洗淨，盛起備用
4. 煲滾約 1 公升水，加入節瓜煮10分鐘，加入豆腐滾5分鐘
5. 加入蝦仁煮 2分鐘收火，加鹽調味即可 (蝦不需滾太久,否則會變老及粗糙不夠滑)
