1 pc reconstituted dried squid
1 pc onion
1 tbsp minced garlic |
1 tbsp wine
2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp water
1 tsp cornflour |

Hugasan ang pusit, alisin ang balat, hiwaing
pahaba sa tatlo, sugatan nang mababaw, at hiwaing palihis.
Hiwain ang sibuyas.

Magpakulo ng kalahating kaserolang tubig,
lagyan ng 1 kutsaritang cooking wine, isawsaw ang pusit
hanggang kumuluntoy, tanggaling, at hugasan sa malamig na
tubig.

Magpainit ng 1 kutsaritang mantika at igisa
ang sibuyas at pusit. Ihalo ang natitirang seasoning, haluing
mabuti at ilagay sa plato. Ihain.

| Method |

Rinse squid, remove membrane, cut into three
portions lenthwise, score, then cut diagonally into small
section; cut onion into small pieces.

Bring half pot of water to a boil, add 1T.
cooking wine, blanch squid until it curls, remove, rinse
under cold water.

Heat 2 tbsp. oil, stir-ry garlic and onion
until fragrant, stir in squid, add the remainder seasonings,
mix well and remove to plate. Serve.
